Norwich Dandies Winter Norfolk tour


Norwich Dandies are going on a winter tour around Norfolk starting at the NNUH Hospital Winter Fayre. We will be doing Dress, Pose, Paint like a Dandy and were touring with the Nice Ice Queen. Look out for us on level 2

Dandifest Colouring in Poster


This year we thought we would let you do the inking in. Colour this poster in and send it to Ships Cottage, NR11 6NU Multiply entries welcome. One random winner of 100 pounds. Colouring in is suppose to help mental health. Colour in the poster and monitor your happiness levels.
27th April to 9th May Dandifest. With fun things happening everyday. A incredibly packed out launch night, exhibitions all over town and Norfolk from here and all over the world. Get yourself to Launch night 27th April 7pm and pick up a programme. There will be workshops in art everyday so be prepared to join in. Election Special


Organised by 133 Gallery in Great Yarmouth
A show of political cartoons by Brian Adcock and Iain Green 18th April to 16th May with special Toon guests and including a political Arts and Culture Hustings on 21st April featuring members of all parties. Come along and have some heated debates (or just do a bit of cartooning)

10 minute walk to beach front.

The Great Art Auction Dandifest 2015


Tuesday 12 May 6-8 at the Mustard Coffee bar. Selling the work on show of Barrington farm and Nansa Artists money goes to artists to help them support there work. Also some work by Norwich Dandies artists.

Pets win Prizes with all the logos


Pets win Prizes 2015 The Bridge at the Birdcage its on now so go and look for yourself. Wheelchair access at the side of the birdcage. There will be Prizes for the best portrait and the work will be sold to make money for the RSPCA. 

TaDa Costume Ball at the Norwich Arts centre


TaDa Costume Ball at the Norwich Arts centre 2nd May from 7pm to Midnight Lots of great bands and live performances lined up and Dj's in the Bar. Make a costume out of trash and you may win a competition for King or Queen of the ball. This is going to be one of the most exciting events of the year in Norwich. 5 pound a ticket so everyone local can afford to go even Cinderella. If u have a performance art piece we may waver the 5 pound let us know in advance.

Norwich Rising 2015


Norwich Rising is back in its 3rd year after it was about to be cancelled due to the organisers having too much on at the moment. It has taken a new turn with new people stepping up to help. The Rising is taking place at the Forum in Norwich on the 14 th Feb at 1 pm 2015. Everyone will be dancing to Break the chain here and round the world with One billion and rising. If you need to brush up on the dance or learn it from the beginning there is rehearsals with professional dance teacher Miriam Gita, at the Silver rooms on Silver road, NR3 4TB. The Silver rooms is a new community centre that was saved from demolition. To raise funds for centre there will be tea and coffee for sale at a pound a cup. Dance classes are free for all to come along and if you bring children they can either join in the dance or be supervised by a partner or friend that you bring along. The class will be one hour or more depending how much you want to learn. The rehearsals are on the 1st and 8th of February at 3pm and then on Friday the 13th there will be one in the evening which still needs to be confirmed.
Norwich Rising is Grass roots project it has no funding and its up to people to join in and support. Please share the poster and what ever way you would like to show support.
